As the Senior Philanthropy Associate at Lever for Change, Nancy assists in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of current and high-potential prospective donors.

Prior to joining Lever for Change, Nancy was the Individual Giving and Campaign Manager at Chicago Foundation for Women where she oversaw the Foundation’s annual giving initiatives and developed and implemented strategies to grow the Foundation’s individual major donor pipeline. Prior to that, she held development roles at Peer Health Exchange, where she led the team’s individual donor communications and engagement efforts and served as an Associate Consultant at Campbell & Company, supporting clients in their advancement strategies.

Nancy received her B.A in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
