As an Awards Associate, Isalia supports all aspects of customized competitions including the review and analysis of proposals as well as conducting data analysis and due diligence. Isalia also provides ongoing support to finalist teams. Before joining Lever for Change, Isalia was the Program Officer for The Rotary Foundation’s Programs of Scale—a program created to enhance the scope, impact, and sustainability of Rotary member-led, evidence-based programs in order to benefit more people and foster policy development. In this role, Isalia helped to develop, launch, and manage a competitive grant process awarding one US$2 million grant annually to scale proven Rotary programs. Isalia has a B.S. in Agricultural and Consumer Economics with a concentration in Policy, International Trade, and Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
